Bob began his career in communications technology as a Signal Officer in the United States Army in the 1980s. During that time, he was responsible for "networking the battlefield" - ensuring that units and divisions were in communication via radio, telephone and microwave. Since leaving the Army, Bob has applied his skills to the civilian world by helping organizations "fight the ongoing technology battle" in the office. From the development of databases to help sales-driven companies manage their customer accounts, to networking, systems analysis and training, Bob takes the mystery out of technology and helps his clients harness its power for maximum efficiency and growth.
Part of an officer's job in the military is to develop skills in others so that the team is always operational. I've carried that philosophy with me into the private sector, working closely with my clients' employees to ensure that they feel confident administering their systems on a day-to-day basis.
